The Youth Cadet Force is a place of complete inclusion. All of our members are reminded that we include every member and we do not discriminate under any circumstances or for any reason.

The YCF fosters an inclusive approach to all aspects of the membership to our organisation and that all members are to uphold mutual respect to each other including staff, volunteers and cadets.

All wider members who work with the YCF must also uphold and adopt our focus on an inclusive community. This includes external guests, guest speakers, other members of the cadet community and parents/carers.

Members who do not uphold this statement and the expected standard of our organisation may have their place with us risked.
